Preserving Punjab's Legal Inheritance

Initially founded on September 29, 2021 by activist Deep Sidhu as a distinct social pressure group to protect the land, cultural integrity, and resource rights of Punjab during the historic Farmers' Protests, the group gathered powerful generational momentum.

Following deep community transitions, ownership and organizational duties passed to Bhai Amritpal Singh on September 29, 2022. To institutionalize this systemic social push into structural governance reform, the political branch Akali Dal (Waris Punjab De) was legally registered on January 14, 2025 during Mela Maghi at Sri Muktsar Sahib.
